L&M Entertainment has been formed by Laguna Development Corporation (LDC) of Albuquerque, New Mexico and Miller Companies of Hinsdale, Illinois in a joint venture for the purpose of submitting a proposal to obtain the state’s 6th and final racino license, first announced on April 19th with procedures and deadlines announced today by the New Mexico State Racing Commission.
