Route 66 Casino has announced that plans are now finalized to debut an “All-New Buffet 66” Fall 2018! This new restaurant experience will continue the tradition of offering the finest buffet offerings in the state of New Mexico.

The Laguna Development Corporation (LDC) Management Team conducted extensive research to develop a clear understanding of current trends in the restaurant industry. In addition, in order for Route 66 Casino to maintain its designation as New Mexico’s Best Buffet, a core component of the new buffet was going to be offering a high-level, quality experience for all customers. The goal is to create a venue that will both exceed guest expectations and be quickly recognized as offering the best food quality and service in the Southwest.
LDC partnered with I-5 Design and Manufacturing, the architects of the original Buffet 66 in 2009, to create another award-winning buffet restaurant once again. The new buffet is expected to seat 350 – 400 guests and will feature a “fresh food” look and feel throughout. Some of the stand-out elements are a striking entrance and enclosed courtyard setting that will provide a clear differentiation for the competition. The unique design will enhance the customer experience and create a world within a world as customers move through the lowered ceiling area and find themselves in a beautiful enclosed courtyard. The cuisine will be displayed in its own unique café style setting, creating a one of a kind environment that will make the buffet at Route 66 a true entertainment dining experience.
