2017 has been another year of expansion for Laguna Development Corporation.  Since embarking on an innovative Business Development strategy in 2013, LDC has created a number of existing businesses to grow its portfolio for the purpose of continuing to improve its earnings on behalf of its  owners, the Pueblo of Laguna.

Route 66 Casino Hotel, Dancing Eagle Casino and the Route 66 Travel Centers have consistently served as the foundation of the business with a steady performance that has established LDC as one of the country’s leading tribal gaming entities.

Fuego Enterprises LLC, a new subsidiary of LDC, will oversee all outside food & beverage operations including the opening of the new Laguna Burger Restaurant in Albuquerque this November. The company will seek additional locations and franchise opportunities in the future.

Evergreen Electrical Contractors has made a significant impact as a new entrant into the commercial electrical contracting business and has experienced steady growth since it was founded in 2015. The company has created 45 new jobs since its founding two years ago.

With these projects and several other exploratory efforts currently underway. LDC expects to significantly increase the size of it’s workforce and the number of career opportunities for both new and current LDC employees over the next year.
