On January 28th Laguna Development Corporation held a banquet dinner in the Route 66 Grand Ballroom to honor all the 2014 Employee of the Month recipients. Forty-one employees were awarded the Employee of the Month title in 2014, with four employees receiving the honor twice. Honorees and their guests were joined by their department managers and members of senior staff for a special dinner and reception.
The LDC Employee of the Month Program recognizes employees who have performed “above and beyond” their normal duties to accomplish something extraordinary. Every month, all employees are encouraged to nominate their peers who demonstrate a strong commitment to service or exceptional work ethic.
